RULES AND REGULATIONS
Eligibility: all college students of all years are eligible.31st aug is the deadline for registration.
Team of 2-3 members
Submission criteria: Each participant may submit a maximum of two photographs per task.
Photographs must be original works created by the participant.
Photographs to be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
- Copyright and Ownership: Participants retain copyright of their work but grant the college the right to use the images for promotional purposes related to the event.
- Judging criteria: Photos will be judged on the basis of:
Creativity and originalityTechnical skill (composition, lighting, focus), Relevance to the theme
Overall impact Both portrait and landscape photos are allowed
- Prizes and Recognition: Winners will be announced at the end of the event.
- Liability: NMIMS is not responsible for any loss.
- Conduct: Participants must respect the privacy and rights of others while capturing photographs. No offensive or inappropriate content will be tolerated.
- Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with these rules and regulations will be disqualified. Any participant found engaging in unethical behavior will be disqualified from the event.
